Awful service delivery from Discovery Insure!

For three months in a row we have been struggling to get our fuel cashback from Discovery. We’ve had repeated conversations with Discovery about this. One month we didn’t get our cashback at all. The following two months Discovery kept paying my fuel cashback to my husband. Each time we call Discovery about this, they give a lame excuse of a system glitch, and promises that the problem is rectified and that I would get my cashback the next month. When the next month comes around, I still don’t get my cashback and they once again pay it to the wrong account. We’ve been with Discovery for many years, but their service this year has been awful with one problem followed by the next. We are at the point of moving our insurance to a different company out of pure frustration.
