Awful service

Absolutely terrible service from Discovery Insure on my claim. No feedback unless I requested feedback first, the repair took 5 weeks for a bumper! Also, I’ve requested numerous times that they recoup my excess amount from the 3rd party because I was not at fault so very unhappy to have to pay this amount, and still no response from them. I am very likely going to change my car insurance to another, more reliable company.
