Awesome - Super Fast!!!

I had to put in a claim recently. I called in to my insurance company (household content) on Monday to explain the damage over the weekend which I experienced. Some details were requested from me, which were "damage report" and "quotation". These I got from the company that had assessed my product and I sent through to "Kelebogile Dube" (Sandton branch @ the claims department).

Needless to say, she responded in a friendly manner, willing to even stay on the line while I get all required details to give through to her to complete my claim. Less than 5 mins after I sent through the required details on the Tuesday, I received an sms and less than 10 mins Kelebogile called me to explain the process afterwards. She sent through the form needed for the payout. I have to say, I am bragging to my colleagues on our awesome discovery insure service is, as well as Kelebogile who assisted me well.
