Kelebogile Dube, the claims consultant assigned to assist, was a star in dealing with my claim. Despite delays from my side in obtaining all of the necessary eNatis forms, Kelebogile has always been friendly, helpful and efficient since I lodged the claim . Once I was able to furnish the forms to Discovery, the claim was processed within a day or two, and adjustments made to my policy.
