Awesome Speedy service

i'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Discovery Insure for having such a efficient and dedicated claims consultant. It took them a maximum of 3 hours to register the claim, contact my SP (to blacklist the item) and allocate my claim to the best service provider. As we speak i am being contacted by the service provider to deliver the item. I have never seen such a quick replacement with any insurer!? I'd like to compliment Discovery Insure systems for making this possible at such a convenient time, although Decious Banyini takes this one. Without dedication and commitment systems do not mean anything.
