Awesome service from Mpho Masilo DQ Tracker call center agent!

I was unsure whether I had a DQ tracker on my policy which I have had for a year. I called the call center to check and got through to Mpho Masilo. She was absolutely fantastic, explained to me that I do and the benefits and features of the DQ tracker, all I need to do is activate it. I was concerned that as it was not activated my policy would be void should I ever claim but she reassured me it was not.Calling any call center can be like having a tooth pulled but Mpho was pleasant, friendly, extremely patient , articulate and well spoken.
