Awesome service from Discovery Insure
I got a puncture on the N1 just before Bloemfontein at about 19:30 and managed to "hobble" to the nearest garage on my run-flats. However, the tyre wouldn't inflate at all, so we needed to put on the spare skinny tyre but the nuts were "welded" on so tightly that none of us, including the petrol attendant could loosen them.
Kelebogile Diale (Lebo) from Discovery roadside assistance (Case reference ***) gave me excellent service where she assigned Asterix Towing to come help. She phoned regularly to ensure that my needs were being met and that I had indeed been assisted. Thank you
