Jolandhran Govender is the best person I have ever dealt with at Discovery. I phoned today to request a quote for a new product and update my policy. To my surprise, my vehicles were removed unknowingly and I was unaware. Jolan managed to reinstate it within the hour and add the new product as well. He did all the admin while we where on the phone and pulled in various departments at the same time. I really have peace of mind that my vehicles are now reinstated since it was unclear why they got removed. Keep up the amazing work Jolan, you really know how to treat your customers.
