My wife had just been involved in an accident and was in a frantic state, I got through to Teddy Lerumo who managed to take control of the situation, Teddy was quick and efficient in handling the matter. Teddy authorized Optimum Assist who were on scene to tow the vehicle. Thinga from Optimum Assist was helpful and kind by dropping my wife and baby at home.
Well done to Teddy and Thinga.
