Awesome Service
I suffered a loss due to a hijacking and Khumo Ramela was assigned to work with my claim. From the word go, he kept me in the loop of the process. He even took the time to lend an ear to listen and sympathize with me over my experience. My claim was sorted within a week no issues whatsoever. I have had nothing but the most pleasant service from Khumo. When i mailed him i got a response within minutes. To be very honest, i have never had such awesome service from any of my insurers when it came to claims. A huge thumbs up to Khumo for the brilliant service. Discovery needs more claims agents like you. Thank you Khumo.
