Awesome Service

I had a simple query today regarding my policy. I needed my policy schedule to be sent to and to understand why my premium had gone up. Dudu was happy to assist and not only did she assist me but she really went over and beyond the call of duty. she helped me update my some insured and explained the implication of being under insured. she was pleasant and very patient with, I could swear i was the only client she needed to deal with on the day. she really resorted my confidence in Discovery Insure. this is how good companies become great companies.
