I was in a car accident on 15 Feb 2016, my claim handler was Kagiso Shabangu. Kagiso was awesome from day 1, she always emailed me, informed me of all the data required from me. Kagiso went the extra mile by contacting me daily via email, and telephonically where necessary to ensure that I am aware of the progress of my claim right up until the claim was approved.
