Awesome claim experience from Discovery Insure: Bianca Petersen

I'm blown away by the incredible service I've received from Bianca Petersen, from Discovery Insure. I called in on Monday morning with my claim, by mid day on Monday Bianca had an assessor at my house. On Tuesday she called to say that the claim was approved and she was waiting for quotes. Yesterday morning I got a call to say that everything was approved, and that the service provider would be in touch with me, which they were within an hour. The goods will be delivered to my house tomorrow.

Bianca was wonderful to deal with, she made the process so easy and stayed in touch with me every step of the way, explaining the process and next steps.
