Awesome Call Centre Response

Lebo Florence Kitime, I would like to compliment Bumeri van Coller that helped me and my son. My son was in an accident and this is the first time that I contacted Discovery 911. Bumeri took my call and he was awesome! He helped my son and myself throughout the whole ordeal. Kept in contact with us all the time. Please note that I was not even with my son at the time. Simply brilliant!
