Awesome assistance when I needed a 'boost'

Had a flat battery on the worst day possible, a Monday evening after hitting the gym (thanks Vitality). Called AA but they took too long to answer, so I remembered Discovery Insure also had a road side assistance. Called them and Steven Raphalalani answered the phoned. Told him I had a flat battery and he said he'll organise me a jump start. 5 mins later, Steven phones back and said help is about 20 mins away. 15 mins later, CG towing arrived and jump started and I was off. So effortless and Steven was super friendly and professional, even called me 10 mins after the boost to make sure I was good.

People are quick to complain about service, but not so quick to give credit where its due. Yes its what you pay for, but the friendliness and professionalism was the extra mile that made me a happy client. Hopefully when I have to claim one day (I never have in my life for a vehicle), the process is just as seamless and professional.
