Awaiting premiums and cashbacks

Jackie from discovery has sent me an email saying, "Dear Ms Mashava,

I trust you are well.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint on Hello Peter.

I’ve investigated the matter, but it seems we have not received any claim documents".

I've gave my documents to Chandler who's an administrator at Discovery to review... It's been 4 years now and I still haven't received my premiums or cashbacks.

Please help concerning about this matter... They've sent only R200 for premiums. They've even said we have to join them and leave a certain policy... But immediately when I experienced the death of my late brother in law... And still they didn't assist me.

Please help with this matter.
