AVOID DISCOVERY INSURE. MOVE YOUR ASSETS!

I have had my claim rejected for a writen off vehicle by Discovery Insure. 1) No tracker report or computer box information produced to back up their allegations of speed. Insurance 101 or so i thought 2) Said to have witnesses placing me driving down a road i only crossed 3) Shown proof of headlights driving down a road where you cannot see even the shape of the vehicle, colour or make and had that identified as my car as proof of speed 4) Was forced to take time off work at investigating stage to visit a resturant to validate my story,to help out an investigator to do her job, while mine suffered as i was also off the previous week due to injury. 5) showed a vehicle in a footage that landed on its roof that was falsely identified as mine 6) with no single burn mark on my body, i was told there was evidence from medical staff that i suffered severe burns from helping other accident victims. 7) It took Discovery Insure almost a month and a half to reject a claim they should have concluded in 14 days. I had my policy cancelled and could not benefit from the counselling benefit that was part of the policy. 8) I disputed the rejection and did not get further communication from them within the promised 30 days. I only got a response 2 months later-only after i took the case to OSTI (where it still sits, 11 months later)

I crashed at night on a road that just comes to a dead end without a sign due to being lost. I advised the investigator to visit the site at night to understand the conditions.

Now my hope rests with the OSTI but im geared up for court.
