Avoid Discovery Insure at all costs

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are hands-down the worst insurance provider I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is beyond unhelpful—long wait times, rude representatives, and zero willingness to assist. Filing a claim was an absolute nightmare. It took a month just to get a just to get my car booked in for repairs and now it's over week with no honest feedback. Gretchen and her so-called manager Vekash are impossible to get hold of.

Avoid this company at all costs. You’ll save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and hours on the phone trying to resolve issues they create. They don’t care about their customers, only about squeezing every last penny out of them.
