AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT use them. After my first ever claim in my life they rejected me because of false reasons. They never contacted me to inform me of the rejection. I tried contacting them multiple times to get an update and was always kept on hold until the line cut out. I eventually contacted the 'new customer' line and they answered immediately (showing their priorities are not with existing customers). I told them I could not get a hold of anyone to get an update. They called me later just to tell me they were rejecting me. When I asked why I was never updated they could not give me a reason. The consultant assigned to my case simply ignored every email I sent. Worse Insurance provider in SA.
