AVIS and Discovery can't arrange car hire properly
I experienced an absolute disconnect btwn Discovery and AVIS car high. The more the broker said things were arranged the more I would get to AVIS and nothing was on record. MOST FRUSTRATING. And then I get charge on my credit card!
