Average service from Discovery Insure

I needed roadside assistance yesterday and i called Discovery around 5pm, making the request. I was traveling with my family and they could not arrange for the family run, so I had to call around to to get them transport and made sure that they got home safely.

Eventually the tow truck arrived at around 8.30pm, which in my opinion was some miscommunication between the lady who was helping me at first and the tow truck company.

The tow truck driver Moses and the second person who kept checking if I was okay, Sibukeli Kolondiya, made me stress less and were very friendly and helpful as I waited for the truck and in making sure I got home safely.
