Atrocious Service

If you're thinking of moving to discovery insure please reconsider your options. Their "Purple Plan" is such a joke from a service level point of view, don't be fooled. We recently moved to them after being sold incorrectly apparently, as we received two different versions of understanding from their policy wording. No one responds after the sale is made and no one gets back to you. Thank God we dodged this bullet before actually having a claim. I didn't want to believe previous reviewers experience but had to learn the hard way. Do better Discovery!
