At this rate, I’ll be cancelling my insurance with Discovery Insure

My experience with Discovery Insure has always been satisfactory but this time, you guys have failed! Starting with the claims handler, Cameran Chutherpal who is so impersonal. On numerous occasions I’ve asked for a call back and my requests have been ignored. I’ve repeatedly asked for a manager or someone senior to call me regarding my vehicle which I’ve been without for almost three weeks. Again no one has bothered to call me. Together with Renew-It, you really excel at bad client service and you’ve shown how much you don’t care about your clients.
