At last an insurer who actually pays out

Great experience! Having changed insurers due to lack of service, rude staff and payouts not covering damage and no payouts from SA Homeloans, I was recommended Discovery Insure. I already have their medical aid and thought I would try. After 2 weeks of joining them my car rolled down the hill and destroyed my gate and a month later exteme weather conditions caused the tiles on our verander to tent and crack. Discovery had assessors at the premises within 24 hours. The gate has taken a while to fix, but a very good temporary fix was done within 2 days as the gate was not available during the builders holidays and Kelebogile Dube in claims has been following up weekly to ensure the job is finished and ensured the payout of the tiles was done immediately. Am very impressed.
