Assistance with breakdown

Had great service today from Azeez and Roanda Mukheli, 2 service agents who were in touch with me throughout the day making sure I was safe, and clear on the next steps of assistance.

Another special mention for Roanda Mukheli, who displayed the amount of patience I’ve never seen or experienced in any human being in customer service. You’re GREAT ?.

Lastly, not impressed with the additional cost of towing I had to pay. My distance from the incident to my house (place of tow) was 21km, which would still be in the allowed 40km radius but I was charged for an apparent 24km extra in the tow which makes no sense - something I will query in the coming days.
