Assistance even when i wasn't here client

<p>I had a claim recently and twice when i called in to speak to the agent handling my claim, i went through to Awelani who gladly helped and even went as far as calling the third party. This was not her claim but she was very eager to assist me regardless. Thank you Awelani.</p>
