I first call getting my insurance really was not really explained in full - sales orientated and getting you to force take things...A call I just wanted to end<br> Now, for the ladies concerned, i had spent some time reviewing my policy. Call them and guess what..<br> They were receptive, friendly and answered all my concerns to my satisfaction that we actually cracked a few jokes.<br> At the end of the call, I was well informed of my policy and actually managed to tailor my policy and reduce my premium.<br> That was a bonus as now it is more affordable.<br> <br> Ntswaki, Ayanda.
