Arrogant Discovery

Claim Decision *** I logged a claim and Discovery appointed an assessor/contractor. The assessor/contractor came out examined the origin of my claim and make a determination according to his skill and knowledge. The problem is that the determination and assessor/contractor was wrong. In addition, had the assessor/contractor made the correct assessment it would have identified the correct reason for my complaint/claim. I pointed this out to Discovery Aubrey Mo***eng who did not respond and only after i send a follow up mail, did he refer me to CLAIMSDISPUTE. Needless to say it is now 3 weeks and CLAIMSDISPUTE still did not respond. What is concerning is that so called professional contractors are dispatched and when they get it wrong, NO CONSEQUENCE and your claim is declined which is unfair. Under the same claim, the contractor verbally said to me that i had a valid claim only to submit a different assessment report although i told Aubrey what the contractor said this was disregarded. How many people are prejudiced by incorrect assessment and suffer the indignity and consequences of incorrect assessments
