Arrogant and unhelpful Vusumzi mqokozo

I normally dont mind that call centre people have a bad day as long as they get the job done. I however draw the line when the same person 3 times in a row is rude and arrogant during a routine claim process which unfortunately have taken a long time to get finalized. It started with my call where I logged a claim for an incident. He said his was offline but he would add it manually. He didnt add it so next day I phoned again. He was very rude and had a bad attitude. 2 days later I followed up on the claim and the exact same thing happened. I have cancelled my insurance purely due to this incident.
