Arrogant and dismissive attitude

Claim number: *** I have tried numerous times to get a response from this arrogant company. They simple just ignore. My complain which I take VERY SERIOUSLY is that they claimed that I was UNTRUTHFUL when i submitted a claim because their assessor which is not a meteorologist I must add said there was no storm when in fact there was. They also claim that water was in the ceiling for protracted period, when i asked them to confirm the protracted period, they refuse to answer. I am not querying the decision on the claim but rather their ALLEGATIONS AND UNSUBSTANTIATED ALLEGATIONS AND ASSERTYIONS WITHOUT PROOF!!! People read communication and I have a problem with people within Discovery reading the report and label me as UNTRTHFUL. I insist that Discovery provide me with proof that there was no Storm and how long as per assessors report was the water in the ceiling. Where did the water in the ceiling than come from?
