Aretha from Discovery Insure helpline

I know that most people find dealing with insurances rather stressful - I was one of those people - so pointing out a different experience is worth noticing, and sharing with others. So I would like to take this opportunity to single out one of those often anonymous helpers on other side of emergency assist telephone line: her name is Aretha Tobias, from Discovery Insure. On Saturday afternoon she had to deal with two somewhat frustrated people, their broken-down car, dying cellphones, closed workshops and all other stresses that accompany that old adage “when it rains, it pours”. And she did that patiently and efficiently, organizing everything to everyone's satisfaction. So i take this opportunity to thank her one more time, hoping that her (or someone just like her) answers all such calls in the future. Aretha, if you reading this - thanks for all your help!
