Are you finding the online courses impossible?

I am really battling with the online driving course. I have passed 5 of the 6 courses but I just can't pass the "Driving in conditions with poor visibility". I have had multiple goes at completing it. Some of the questions are ambiguous and other are not answered within the accompanying video. If the object is to educate us, why can we not see which questions we are getting incorrect? I called the help line and was told that they couldn't help me.
