Are with Discovery insure? Move your portfolio ASAP

Discovery insure will ensure they prejudice a claim so they don’t pay.

I logged 2 separate claims with them for different incidents. A complaint in October 2019 was logged as they violated insurance ethics. I took matter your Ombosman for review. However, the matter is not finalized.

I’ve been trying to reach the legal department with no luck.

Discovery has responded to The Ombudsman and they state on the response. ‘We have given Our client responsible time to respond email sent 22.10.19 and the dead line was 29.10.19.

On the 22 October 2019 when the email I received referred to by discovery. They wanted me to fix their mess. By completing a consent form.

Now this is important!!!!!! Already on the 22nd when I received that reasonable request email. The assesor was at my premises on the same day snooping around and gained ******** access to my secured estate without my knowledge and consent. How did he get access into the estate. That’s trespassing and harassment.

I have footage and visitors registration book where they had to sign in. Maybe this should post on twitter and social networks the footage of discovery assesor gaining access onto the estate without my authority. Why did they send me a consent form when already they had started they investigations? Worse I was not even aware that I was investigated.

They met with my body cooperate, domestic helper and security guards on several of occasion before the 29.10.19 which was their cut off time. Further to that, they went as far as making private contacts with the security guards on their personal numbers. I have phone records...

Just to add on, A sales lady by the name of Barbie said in the telephonic records as she works for discovery. She states clearly that an inventory survey was meant to be conducted. At the end of the call, she states it could have been a back log or system error for not updating. The survey was never conducted.

Now claim is still pending and discovery is failing to understand. They started conducting ********* activities and to my advantage i manage to pick this up.

To how many clients do they do this to? And those clients never catch them. As a results they did not get their claims settled.
