Approved one month then unapprove

we had a roof claim and the lady dealing with it said that from the pictures they dont see damage and so they will paint, she by herself also mentioned that if while painting the roof that they find broken tiles they would replace them. Further she asked if i would have a problem if they bring a scaffolding onto the property and obviously i said no. that was it. (2/216)<br> <br> Three weeks later, they dont even notify there contractor that it was approved, i call to follow up, he says he will follow up with discovery then adelle says he is no longer available.<br> <br> Then she assigns another contractor. now according to discovery they say this damage is prior to the storm - Nonsense<br> She also says<br> if it was hail damage the roof would have been blown away (something to that effect)<br> if it was hail damage, why did the other houses not get damaged<br> if it was hail damage why did the other part of the house not get damaged.<br> <br> My responses to her that it probably was due to the fact that the wind was in a certain direction. I even asked her if she is saying this was prior damage why is the other part of the roof also not damaged. she agreed but no manager returns my calls as promised.
