Appreciation of assistance from Discovery Insure

I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to the following people who have been great to me this morning. ELE LEEUW and PHO PHOKANOKA. Indeed, i was involved involved in a freak accident this morning on N1 North just after Sefako Makgatho (Formerly Zambezi) off-ramp. It was raining, the road was slippery, a bus swivelled and hit my car from the back to the front on the left side, i personally got shocked by the big bang i heard but managed to keep calm and control my driving. It was around 06h40 this morning. Thanks God i was not speeding, otherwise my car could have swirled God only know what could have ensued. As i stopped on the side of the road to reach out safely at yhe driver of the bus Mr Ele LEEUW phoned me at 06h42, to enquire about the accident,most importantly my safety first, whether i have been attended to or i needed medical assistance. He re-assured me of Discovery Insure's help, then inquired about the car after having made sure that i was in good moral and psychologicalcstatus to talk to him granting me time to talk to the driver whose bus hit my car. The second phone call and subsequent ones came from Mr Mpho Phokanoka who dilligently, professionally with a lot of empathy assisted me with arranging towing, lift and courtesy car. Both gentlemen were helpful with advices on what informations are need with regard to the bus drver. All in all i am at home recovering psychologically, comforted by my family on top of the support i hot from Ele and Mpho. I must confirm that the starting point of assistance throughout my reaching home has been a pleasant experience. Big up to you Ele and Mpho for the good work.
