Appreciation for good customer service

My appreciation to Ushen Ajodha who assisted me to insure that my car is repaired after my accident. It was a difficult time for me as I was shocked from the freak accident. Our communication was affected by the Telkom landline disruptions. and my nerves were on edge but Ushen persisted to get hold of me. He was calm and very professional and that assured me I'm in good hands. I commend his superb customer service.

I"m also thankful to Edgar (so sorry I did not get his surname as I was still shaken and confused). In a short period of time he was there where the car was parked. He organised the towing truck, made sure that all my belongings were put in a bag and transportation to take us to our residence. He did not leave until we were in the hired car. I also applaud his assistance, professionalism and good customer service.
