Appreciation for Excellent Service
I would like to sincerely commend Keneilwe and the entire Discovery Insure team for the exceptional service I received for my car warranty insurance recently. I was left in awe of how proficient, efficient and empathetic they were to resolve my query, even when I had issues with the Service Provider, they stepped in and ensured that I am not inconvenienced in the process. Thank you, to Keneilwe and her Managers, for consistently delivering an excellent customer experience. I have been using Discovery services for many years, including medical aid, comprehensive car insurance, and warranty insurance, and I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. Discovery never ceases to amaze me, they continue to set the standard for exceptional service. They truly are the best! 👏🏽
