I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nthabeleng Motlhokoana from Discovery Insure 24.During the WHX Lab Conference at the CTICC in Cape Town, I lost my bag containing all my valuables, including my car keys. It was an incredibly distressing moment, but Nthabeleng handled the situation with such professionalism, empathy, and calmness.
He reassured me, guided me through the next steps, and made me feel supported at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed. His kindness and patience truly made a difficult experience so much easier to manage.
