Appreciated the effort in the Retention Department

<p>Ok so the short of it was that I was ready to cancel my insurance with Discovery due to a lack of resolution to communications done previously.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got Lindokuhle Ngqulungo on the phone this morning, he made every effort to retain my account, which I was willing to listen to as I have not been unhappy with the general service of the product and company. Lindo, went through all the relevant details, was willing to listen to my complaints, even apologising on behalf of other people in the company for their actions and behaviour leading up to my wanting to cancel the policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok so long story even shorter :-) ... Lindo has managed to retain my account because of his willingness to help me resolve my issues which were approached and professional and with understand.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Lindo!</p> <p> </p> <p>Caroline</p>
