Appointments

11 April a Discovery DQTrack consultant called my husband to change the date of removal of the DQTrack from one of our vehicles. The date telephonically confirmed was 21 April at 10. We received an email on the 15 April stating the appointment was 3rd May. I called immediately and told the consultant that the date was confirmed telephonically and it is not negotiable. After investigation we were told that the date (21 April at 10) was confirmed for removal of the DQTrack on both vehicles. We have not received any email stating the confirmation. A technician needs to be sent out on the 21st April at 10 to remove the DQTrack on both our vehicles - the time and date is not negotiable.
