Appalling service from Marsh/Discovery Insure

We have been a customer of Marsh for many years, and have had great service. This year, Marsh has integrated with Discovery insure, and the service has been absolutely appalling.

We have been in contact with Discovery/Marsh since last year trying to secure our policies, and between misinformation and absolutely no response from our contact, we still do not have this finalized.

In fact I'm not even sure if we are currently covered. Unless this is resolved ASAP will consider other insurers.
