Appalling service from Discovery Insure over a claim

I got involved in a car accident end of July 2018, submitted a claim which took the whole month to approve (no copy of accident report received thereafter. Since then, I have been without a car for THREE months now. The company (Ben's Panel Beaters in Pretoria) fixing the car have been telling me stories every time I make a follow up. If they're not waiting for ordered parts, they just discovered something else that is damaged or waiting for more tests. When I contact Discovery to check what is going and voice out my frustration, as they have been happily debiting my money for nothing the past three months, nobody is getting back to me. This is so ridiculous that I don't see any reason why I should continue giving my money to people who don't value me like this.
