Appalling service from Discovery Insure Claim division - 10 days no response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I registered a claim on 24 February 2022, took the device for assessment On 1 March 2022, claim was authorised for settlement of claim.

Today it's the 10th of March 2022, despite numerous follow-ups no response has been forthcoming. It is appalling that when I pay my insurance, at no point do i skip monthly, yet for this particular claim, the Discovery insurance personnel deem it fit not to even communicate why and what is the delay.
