Appalling Service from Discovery Insure

Having been involved in a three-way vehicle accident on Friday, September 13, 2019 I am appalled at the lack urgency to resolve my claim. I was driving on Olifantsfontein Road when an irresponsible driver who was driving the wrong way up barely missed a head-on collision, only to hit me towards the back. Almost immediately another drunk driver hit me from behind, with both drivers fleeing the accident scene. I suffered torn ligaments and severe emotional distress.

Having initially authorized my claim in writing, Discovery Insure retracted pending a validation process, even suspecting that I was under the influence of alcohol. I wish to state that I do not and have never had a drink in my life (personal choice).

Worse, I am still waiting for the trauma counseling phone that I was promised more than 2 weeks ago.
