Appalling service and lack of feedback from Discovery Insure

<p>My mother is insured with Discovery Insure. After an agreement that deductions will be made on the last day of the month, premiums were deducted twice on the 4th of May. Nobody called her to inform her of the delayed deduction and the reason for the delayed and duplicated deduction. This is unacceptable. We have sent emails to Discovery Insure querying the above and nobody has bothered to respond albeit the automated email response was received. We are so disappointed with Discovery Insure as I am on the Discovery medical aid and had expected similar exceptional service from Discovery Insure.</p>
