Appalling Service

I've had insurances with Outsurance, Miway and which I have claimed from both in the past and I've never experienced such terrible service. I've called Discovery 4 times with regards to finding out the progress on my claim only to be informed about an "error" preventing for assessors to carry out their duty.

This is completely unacceptable as that is your internal affairs which should not impact your level of service. I've never defaulted on my premiums to warrant such appalling service. I'm contemplating to terminate my life insurance, including my wife's additional products with you as I get to witness 1st hand how poor the service is.

I still have faith that you will rectify this issue as soon as possible.
