Appalling Service

After repeated complaints, I have still not received service. Every time I leave a complaint they reply and say their team will look into it but they are blatantly lying to keep the appearance that they care about their clients. After that, you will not hear from them again. They damaged my property beyond repair during their assessment and they refuse to take responsibility. They refused to look into my dispute after they rejected my claim based on false reasons. No matter how many times you call or email, they will ignore you. Call and pretend to be a new client then they will answer the phone immediately. ****s and cash grabbers. Rhulani (*** ), their supposed 'Executive Relationship Manager' refuses to respond to my emails after they told me their claims team is looking into the matter. Appalling service all around.
