Appalling Service

Utterly appalling service. I was in a minor accident at the end of November 2020, and here I am still sitting with no car. No communication whatsoever. My car was sent to a panel beaters without consulting first, and have not bothered to even phone to update on the claim. Many emails have been sent to ask what is happening and we get NOTHING! At the rate this is going I will be moving away to another company.
