Appalling Service

Hi, I made a claim in November, all documents were sent and the consultant handling my claim was Nonkululeko Kolisi, so after all the documents required were sent I then called to check for feedback. But for 2 weeks I was being told she hasn't approved my claim there after when I call they say they are transferring me to her but keep me om on hold until the call drops.
