Appalling claim service and *********** Chata Tech

Following my claim, a service provider was appointed who sent *********** people, twice, to look at washing machine. Guys were not even sure what they needed to do and wrote a report claiming it was a maintenance issue, whereas they didnt open machine, machine motor brushes still well intact, however machine lost functionality after significant power outage. Ive requested a rejection letter so i can challenge process but they not sending. I suspect they work closely with the Chata Tech guys who are ***********.

Discovery was always best, exclusive in terms of insurance, but they currently dropping standard.
